Taptap Send is a UK-based money remittance company that allows people to send money to friends and family in Africa and Asia. Our goal was to develop a brand guideline, a digital marketing strategy, and a corporate image for Taptap Send that would help them stand out in the competitive money remittance market.
Background
Taptap Send approached us with a need to develop a brand guideline, create a digital marketing strategy, and establish a corporate image for their business. They wanted to differentiate themselves from other players in the market and attract more customers.
Brand Guideline
We began by developing a brand guideline for Taptap Send. We worked with the client to define their brand values and personality, as well as their target audience. We then created a brand guideline that included a logo, typography, color palette, and tone of voice.
The Taptap Send logo was refined to be simpler and more modern. We played within the turquoise blue and green color palettes for choice of color because the colors blue and green convey trust, stability, and growth, which are essential qualities in the money remittance market.
Digital Marketing Strategy
After developing the brand guideline, we moved on to creating a digital marketing strategy for Taptap Send. We conducted market research to understand the target audience, competition, and market trends. We then developed a strategy that included social media marketing, search engine optimization, and email marketing.
To improve Taptap Send's online presence, we created a blog that provided insights and news about the money remittance market. We also implemented a social media marketing strategy that included advertising on Facebook and Twitter, as well as creating engaging content that resonated with the target audience.
Corporate Image
