Muleyi Walter Solomon
If you cracked open Solomon’s head, you’d probably find a storm. Lightning bolts of ideas, thunderclaps of genius, and a gentle drizzle of jazz. He’s the kind of man who walks into a brainstorming session with nothing but a black notebook, a warm cup of green tea, and a look that says, “Let’s paint on the moon tonight.” Solomon is the compass needle of Adris’ creative north — poetic, fearless, and often staring into the void with the confidence of someone who knows he can redesign it. The man can turn your grandmother’s curtain into a campaign slogan. And it will slap.
Ivan Tracisio Wafula
Wafula is smoother than your favourite jazz saxophone. If charm were currency, Ivan would be Uganda’s richest man. He knows how to calm a panicked client, charm a stressed-out CEO, and convince a cat to take a bath. His laugh is warm, his shirts are crisp, and his follow-ups are the stuff of legend. Wafula doesn’t just manage clients; he curates them, like a well-organized wine cellar. When clients cry, they call him. When they celebrate, they still call him. He’s the emotional therapist of Adris. But with spreadsheets.
Faith Behakanira
Faith is the unshakeable center of this mad creative circus. She’s the glue. The battery. The heartbeat. She speaks softly but carries a spreadsheet. She’ll remember your birthday, your child’s birthday, and probably the birthday of your dog. Faith is also the queen of communities — she builds bridges faster than Chinese contractors. Whether it’s partners, artists, or that one stubborn printer technician, Faith makes them feel seen, heard, hugged. She’s got mother energy with the soul of a people’s poet. Be careful though — she will organize your entire life before you realize it. And it’ll feel like a warm hug.
Moses Sonko
Moses is the monk of the design temple. Quiet, focused, deadly with a mouse. He doesn’t speak unless it’s necessary — and when he does, it’s usually to say something like, “That shadow needs 2% more blur.” The man can design your whole rebrand while listening to Fela Kuti and sipping black coffee in total silence. His workspace? A minimalist shrine. His superpower? Turning chaos into clean, crisp collateral that makes you weep. We think he might actually be AI, but we’re too scared to ask.
